Personal
A Columbia County resident for thirty years, Scott Patterson joins Executive Parnters with twenty years of experience in the building and remodeling industry. Prior to becoming a REALTOR he spent the past ten years as a builder & remodeler. Scott was recognized as the 2007 President of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Inc., 2-time Remodelers Council Chairman, State Director of HBAG, 2008-2009 Vice-Chairman of the Sales and Real EstateMarketing Council Board of Directors, and was awarded in 2004 as Remodeler of the Year by the Builders Association of Metro Augusta. Scott is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Augusta Board of Realtors. Scott has been married for seventeen years and has two children. He enjoys coaching football for the Columbia County Recreation Department and CAYFA (Columbia Area Youth Football Association). Scott also serves as the Vice-President of the Evans Middle School Booster Club.
