A Columbia County resident for thirty years, Scott Patterson joins the Prudential Beazley team with twenty years of experience in the building and remodeling industry. Prior to becoming a REALTOR he spent the past ten years as a builder & remodeler. Scott is recognized as the 2008 Past-President of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Inc., 2-time Remodelers Council Chairman, State Director of HBAG, Vice-Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council Board of Directors, and was awarded in 2004 as Remodeler of the Year by the Builders Association of Metro Augusta. Scott has been married for sixteen years and has two children. He enjoys coaching football for the Columbia County Recreation Department and he is an avid golfer.
