Bio
A Columbia County Native, Scott Patterson has twenty years of experience in the local building and remodeling industry. Prior to becoming a REALTOR he was a Custom Builder & Remodeler. Scott was recognized as the 2007 President of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Inc. He is also a 2-time Remodelers Council Chairman,2010 Chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council, and was awarded in 2004 as the Remodeler of the Year by the Builders Association of Metro Augusta. Scott is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and the Augusta Board of Realtors. Scott has been married for Nineteen Years and has two children. He enjoys coaching football for the Columbia County Recreation Department and CAYFA (Columbia Area Youth Football Association)where he also serves as a Founding Director. Scott also serves as the President of the Evans Middle School Booster Club as well as the Vice-Chairman of the School Council.
